LIBBYSCOOKIES.COM uses UPS as a third party shipping method. All products are shipped via UPS ground, and generally take 1-5 business days to arrive once they leave our facility.

Return Policy
At LIBBYSCOOKIES.COM we guarantee your satisfaction on every order. If you
are unhappy with an item please email us. Include your Order #, Name, Phone
# and an explanation for the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will
contact you within 2 business days.

a. Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged.
b. If your order arrives late due to a Shipping Company (UPS) delay you will be credited for shipping charges.
c. Orders sent to a wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed.
d. Food items and perishables cannot be returned.
